11:00 a.m. - Battle Reenactment of the skirmishes at Prairie D'Ane in Prescott, Arkansas ($10/vehicle)
1:00 - 4:00 p.m. - Military camps open for visitors at Praire D'Ane and Historic Washington State Park
3:00 p.m. - Memorial Service at Old Washington Cemetery in Historic Washington State Park
7:00 p.m. - Civil War Ball at Historic Washington State Park (1940 WPA Gym)

Reenactors' Rules, Requirements, and General Information

All reenactors must register at Prairie D’Ane Battlefield and sign waivers.

$5 registration fee is required for all reenactors. Tokens will be given as proof of registration.. Reenactors are required to show token to enter site.

Reenactors staying at Washington State Park are also required to register at Prairie D’Ane, sign the waiver, and pay $5 registration fee if participating in the reenactment at Prairie D’Ane Battlefield. Tokens will be given as proof of registration.

Saturday there will be a $10 parking fee for all vehicles unless registered. TOKEN IS REQUIRED TO PROVE REGISTRATION. Reenactors without token will be charged the regular $10 parking fee.

Early set up for vendors and reenactors will begin on November 3rd.

If you are an independent reenactor and wish to participate, you will be required to find a unit and be subject to safety requirements and inspections. All reenactors must pass inspection.

Federal Camp will be located behind the picket fence at first pond.

Confederate Camp will be located ½ mile southeast of the entrance, on the hill.

Firewood, porta-potties, and water will be provided.

First Sergeants are responsible for all troops and officers. First Sergeants are required to provide a full roster to be turned in at the registration tent. Sergeant Majors will ensure rosters are turned in at the following times. Times to turn in the roster are:

Friday, 6 November 2026, by 7 p.m. (1900 hours)

Saturday, 7 November 2026, by 8 a.m. (0800 hours)

Sunday, 8 November 2026, by 8 a.m. (0800 hours)

Cavalry personnel are recommended to pre-register.

Coggins Test will be required before horses and mules will be allowed on the site. NO COGGINS TEST, NO ENTRY!.

Cavalry personnel should bring tubs for water. Ponds and creeks are available on site. Water faucets will have tubs available. Hoses for containers are provided.
